Online Booking Policy
PLEASE NOTE MASKS ARE NOW OPTIONAL FOR CLIENTS AND STAFF AS OF MARCH 1, 2022.
Please indicate to us before your appointment or at the door if you'd like your service provider to wear a mask during your appointment.
Kindly reschedule if you are sick, supposed to be isolating or feel unwell.
Our online booking is available for any of our daily services. Please ensure you've received a confirmation or follow up from us after booking to ensure things have gone through correctly.
If you're not finding a time that suits you please give us a call! We'd be happy to help you out.
Weddings, Grads or Larger Group bookings are not available online. Please call the store or send us an email!
A missed or Late cancelled appointment means an empty space for our hard working staff. We understand that life sometimes happens but please allow 48 hrs to cancel your appointment online and at least 24hrs to cancel by phone in person or by email. Late Cancellations (less then 24 hrs ) will be charged 50% of the appointments and Missed appointments will be charged Full Price and you will be invoiced for your appointment by email.. Multiple missed or cancelled appointments will result in a fee up front for future bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
