  • How can I shop with you currently?
    We offer In Store shopping following all current Provincial guidelines and protocols. Our hours are listed on our site. Our online store is open 24/7 and we offer complimentary local delivery over $25. Complimentary curb side pickup is available as well as shipping options.
  • What is your return Policy on products?
    An in store credit for any unopened products within 14 days and original receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping charges, including charges incurred to return the parcel to us. Please contact customer service if you have any concerns about your order. Please contact us before returning anything so we can inform you where and how to make your return. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare and hair care products. Should you be concerned about any product, please ask us and we will send you a full list of the ingredients.
  • Where do you ship?
    Currently we ship across Canada. Flat shipping fees are $13.50 and FREE over $150.00
  • Why are Hair Services all a cost + ?
    Our stylists are different levels of experience and some charge more then others for services. The prices listed on our site are our current starting prices and then dependent on your stylist and on the hair style you are wanting to acheive when it comes to color the price may differ. The + symbol is not meant to be deceiving to the price but instead a starting point in what you can expect to spend with the possibility that the service may be more.   • What is Salon Scale Pricing
    We are a Parts + Labour Salon and use the technology of Salon Scale to charge you for the exact amount of color/lightener used during your chemical service. Salon Scale Color Charges are in additio to our Hair services prices and can range from $7.00 - $30.00+
  • What are Color Charges?
    We charge color separate from our Labour so the service fee you pay is for your stylists time and expertise. The color charge is a product cost accurately measured and charged using the Salon Scale technology so you pay for only the amount of color your stylist has used.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • What are your Wedding policies?
    When you reach out to us to book your wedding we will send you out a detailed Agreement covering all our specific wedding policies. We require this agreement to be signed and returned before we can guarantee your booking date.
  • Do you require Deposits for Wedding Bookings?
    Great question especially in these unknown times! We currently are requiring our wedding parties to pay a Booking Fee instead of a Deposit. This fee in non refundable but will be used towards your service the day of your event.
  • What are your Corporate and Commercial Fees?
    Our Professional artists charge a Day Fee for Corporate and Commercial projects. These can be discussed by messaging us and requesting a quote!
